The Parish Council has been approached by a land promoter regarding early‑stage proposals for a potential development of around 60 houses to the east of Park View in Hockley Heath.
No planning application has been submitted to Solihull Council, and the Parish Council has not been asked to consider or comment on any formal proposal.
The Parish Council invited the promoter to attend its next Parish Council meeting to outline their intentions in a public forum, but have declined at this time.
The Parish Council will consider any formal planning application through the usual statutory consultation process.
